Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written test as follows:

Details of the Training:

• Live Aircraft Training will be conducted on ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, Airbus A330-300 or any other Aircraft inducted in the US-Bangla Airlines fleet

Career:

After completion of the training, TAME will join as Aircraft Mechanic (salary will be fixed based on their module completion, starting from Tk. 35,000/– per month). The TAME has to pass all the modules (12 or 13), depending on their category. Additionally, after obtaining the Basic License, the salary will be Tk. 1,10,000/- per month; after becoming a Type Rated Engineer (TRE), salary will be Tk. 2,00,000/- per month. There will also be different authorization allowances and other benefits per the Company policy.

Job Description of Executive, Airport Catering Operations

1. Monitor passenger load in the system and prepare the order sheet accordingly.

2. Oversee meal and ambient setup at the loading bay to ensure standards are met.

3. Ensure timely loading and offloading of passenger meals and amenities onto the aircraft galley and hand over all items to the inflight crew as per the dispatch sheet.

4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of food items based on flight requirements.

5. Inspect and monitor the quantity, quality, and presentation of food items received from production.

6. Communicate with relevant departments to maintain and enhance the quality of in-flight catering services.

7. Gather feedback from flight crew and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.

8. Ensure sufficient inventory is maintained across all units to meet operational requirements.

9. Prepare and submit various reports on periodical operations for review and analysis.

10. Maintain and update official documents as per organizational and operational needs.
