- মাসিক টার্গেটের ভিত্তিতে পণ্য ভেদে সেকেন্ডারি সেলস অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা।
- সংশ্লিষ্ট এলাকার সমস্ত রিটেইল আউটলেট কাভারেজ নিশ্চিত করা।
- ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর সময়মত কালেকশন প্রদান করছে কিনা তা মনিটরিং করা।
- রিটেইল গ্রাহক পরিসেবা এবং গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।
- ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর এর স্টক বিজমোশন সিস্টেমে আপডেট রাখা।
- নিজ বেইজের রিটেইলারদের তথ্য বীজমোশন সিস্টেমে আপডেট করা।
- কোম্পানি ঘোষিত অফার রিটেইলারদের অবগত করা।
- রিটেইল বিক্রি পার্টি টু পার্টি বীজমোশন সিস্টেমে সঠিক ভাবে এন্ট্রি নিশ্চিত করা। নতুন রিটেইলার তৈরি করা।
- প্রতি মাসে ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর এর কাছ থেকে লেজার ক্লিয়ারেন্স নিয়ে (ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরের সাইন ও সীল সহ) বীজমোশন সিস্টেমে আপলোড করা।
- মার্কেটের পূর্বের বকেয়া তাগাদা করে কালেকশন নিশ্চিত করা।
- কোম্পানির প্রচারমূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
- ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরের স্টক, ক্রেডিট এবং সমস্ত কমপ্লায়েন্স সম্পর্কিত সমস্যাগুলি যথাযথভাবে নিশ্চিত করা এবং ASM or DSM বরাবর প্রতিবেদন প্রদান করা।
