Non-Government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority 1,00,822 Recruitment Circular. 6th Recruitment Recommendation Circular-2025 Online applications (e-Application) have been invited from candidates holding a teacher registration certificate to fill the following vacancies in the country’s private educational institutions (schools, colleges, madrasas, technical and business management) at the entry level (Entry Level) in the following educational institutions.

Private Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA)
A post-wise list and application form will be published on the NTRCA website (www.ntrca.gov.bd) and Teletalk Bangladesh Limited website (http://ngi.teletalk.com.bd) from 12:00 noon on 22 June 2025 to fill 1,00,822 vacancies.
Application Eligibility:-
1. Candidates must be holders of a registration certificate obtained from NTRCA.
2. Must be included in the combined merit list and must hold a valid registration certificate as per the Private Teachers Registration Examination and Certification Rules, 2006 (revised 2015).
3. Educational qualifications must be completed as per the latest manpower structure and MPO policies of the Secondary and Higher Education Department and the Technical and Madrasa Education Department.
4. Detailed qualification details can be found in the “6th Recruitment Recommendation Notice” service box.
5. As per the memorandum of the Secondary and Higher Education Department dated 15 May 2025, there will be no women’s quota.
6. Candidates will have to apply for the relevant posts as per the subject mentioned in their registration certificate.
Age limit:
The candidate’s age should be maximum 35 years as on 04 June 2025.

The teacher registration certificate should be valid for 3 years from the date of publication of the final result.
Application procedure:
1. Interested candidates can fill the application form online on the website of Teletalk Bangladesh Limited (http://ngi.teletalk.com.bd).
2. Application fee of 1000/- Taka must be paid within the stipulated time; otherwise the application will be considered rejected.
3. After applying within the stipulated time, candidates will have to mention the 40 educational institutions of their choice.
4. If the candidate is willing to work in an institution other than the choice, then the “Other” option must be selected.
Other information:-
1. The last date for filling the application form is 10 July 2025 at 12:00 PM.
2. The last date for submitting the application fee is 13 July 2025 at 12:00 PM.
3. Candidates must fill the police verification form properly.
4. According to the latest policy of the Ministry of Education, if evidence of providing false information is found, legal action will be taken, including cancellation of the candidate’s application.
5. In the case of school and college level, if there is more than one registration certificate, you can apply with only one.
Special Instructions:-
1. For indexed (MPO) teachers, re-application for the same position is not acceptable. However, prior permission is required for applying for different levels of posts.
2. As per the instructions of the Ministry of Education, some rules are applicable for special posts.
3. NTRCA will not be responsible for regular complications due to incorrect vacancy requirements of educational institutions.
