The Koica scholarship 2025 in South Korea is now open for applications, offering a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue Master’s and PhD degrees in South Korea. Funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), this prestigious program supports future leaders from developing countries by providing world-class education at top Korean universities. In 2025, KOICA plans to award 109 scholarships across selected academic programs. Eligibility Criteria

  • The Scholarship is open to Citizens of the above-mentioned countries.
  • Nomination: Must be a government official with an official government nomination.
  • Age: Preferably under 40 years old.
  • Health: Good mental and physical health is required for the program duration. Applicants with disabilities in good health are eligible; severe illness is not.
  • Education & Experience:
    • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree, ideally 2+ years relevant experience.
    • Doctoral: Master’s degree, ideally 3+ years of experience post-KOICA Master’s (if applicable). Some programs have specific criteria.
  • English: Strong speaking and writing skills are needed for the English-taught program.
