To support the expansion of production and service activities by bringing small and medium enterprises, businesses and the agricultural sector under the scope of financial inclusion.
Responsibilities:
To help achieve financial inclusion by providing financial services to members.
To play a role in creating employment for the community through financial inclusion.
To expand new lending areas and recruit members through surveys in designated areas.
To ensure quality service to members.
To maintain necessary reports and documents.
Salary: Monthly salary of 25,000 taka during apprenticeship (6 months). If the job is regularized after successful completion of apprenticeship, the monthly salary will be 34,197 taka.
Benefits: Festival allowance, provident fund, gratuity, maternity/paternity leave, health and life insurance, motorcycle allowance, travel allowance and others as per the policy.
Performance based: Incentives, performance bonus and special honors.
Career: There is an opportunity for promotion based on performance and as per the policy.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate/equivalent degree from any recognized educational institution. Minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA of 2.00 in all examinations.
Workplace: BRAC field office. Must have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
* Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in motorcycle riding in the selection process.
* Any personal contact will be considered as a disqualification of the candidate in getting the job.
