Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise
• Provide accurate information on product features and offer recommendations as needed
• Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS)
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
