- Candidates from any discipline having 04 (Four) Year Graduation/Post-Graduation degree form any UGC-approved renowned university. In case of Foreign universities, they must be recognized and grade must have equivalence with UGC standard.

- H.S.C & S.S.C : CGPA 4.50 out of 5.00
- Graduation/Post-Graduation: CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
