- Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate ideas for assigned products.
- Translate initial sketches and concepts into intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces, continuously refining designs based on research insights and usability feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to prepare UI mock-ups and ensure seamless integration, applying device-specific optimizations and mitigation plans where necessary.
- Take a user-centric approach to design- conducting quick usability tests with internal users and iterating designs in an agile development environment.
- Design and document reusable components as part of a Centralized Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across the bKash ecosystem (App & non-app).
- Maintain visual and functional consistency by actively contributing to the development and upkeep of the Design System across all platforms.
- Stay current with evolving design trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the product design process to enhance overall user experience.
